Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:Design and implement RBAC systems for secure resource access.
Provide administration and support of SailPoint IIQ product.
Develop and enforce access control policies aligned with compliance.
Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient access management.

Engage with the business users at different levels to understand Application Owner business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements and make recommendations on the solution and implementation.

Manage a fully integrated, highly available application environment.
Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies.
The ideal candidate should be a good team player.
This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills .Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification.
Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.


QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:An Ideal candidate would have proven experience within IAM application integration, audit, operational risk management, or technology.

Someone with strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.7+ yrs of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering4+ yrs of RBAC – Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD – Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in Systems3+ yrs of experience with administration of SailPoint IdentityIQProven expertise in RBAC design and implementationStrong understanding of access control, authentication, and authorizationProficiency in IAM solutions and automation toolsFamiliarity with compliance standards and security frameworks.


Preferred QualificationsGeneral understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.

Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

Working knowledge one or more of the following:
JAVA, LDAP queries, and MySQLExperience with one or more of the following: REST API integration.
Experience with LinuxExperience with RBAC, IGA, GRC and SOD products.
Product/Program management leadershipCISSP preferred but not required.2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
