Responsibilities:
We are looking for Collections Officer/ Telecaller-Collections for loan recovery & collections.

  • Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.
  • Updating & maintaining customers feedback file
  • Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done
  • Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis
  • Preparing collection MIS related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, monthly reports.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of work experience in Personal Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Home Loans loan in Banking & NBFC's.
  • Team player should be able to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.
  • Good communication & networking skills

Salary:
Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (required)
