Job Description:


Join us as a Sales and Marketing Manager where you'll have a key role in boosting the company's sales and marketing initiatives.

Your main tasks will include developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share, foster strong customer relationships, and boost brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals and enhance market penetration.
  • Identify fresh business prospects, industry trends, and customer requirements in the electrical equipment sector.
  • Cultivate and nurture solid connections with current and potential customers, such as electrical contractors, distributors, and end-users.
  • Guide the sales team in effectively showcasing products, negotiating agreements, and sealing deals.
  • Perform market research and competitive evaluations to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Organize and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, trade exhibitions, and advertising, to draw leads and boost brand recognition.
  • Track sales performance, analyze sales statistics, and compile regular reports for managerial assessment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated background in sales and marketing positions within the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Robust leadership qualities with the knack to inspire and steer a sales team towards hitting targets.
  • Exceptional communication and bargaining skills, with the talent for building connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to decipher sales data and industry insights to steer strategic choices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, participate in trade expos, and industry gatherings.
