Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, Product and Sales team to develop creative concepts and strategies for visual content that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Design and produce captivating visual assets, including videos, animations, infographics, and graphics, tailored for various social media platforms such as Youtube, Whatsapp and Instagram.
  • Utilize your fintech or banking expertise to create educational and informative visual content that effectively communicates complex financial concepts to our target audience.
  • Edit and enhance raw footage into polished videos that adhere to brand guidelines and storytelling principles, ensuring clarity and coherence of messaging.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and other creative elements to elevate the quality and impact of our social media videos.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fintech or banking to inform and enhance our visual content strategy.
  • Optimize visual content for different social media channels, considering factors such as aspect ratios, file formats, and platformspecific requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality visual content within established deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support video production and creative projects.
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets, project files, and documentation for easy access and future reference.
  • Assist in directing shoots to uphold the quality standards of our videos.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Diploma degree in Film Making, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic designing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, PSD and AI or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Knowledge of fintech or banking concepts, products, and services, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for a general audience.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually engaging content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work, including social media videos and visual content, with a focus on fintech or bankingrelated projects (if available).
