Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain the IT hardware, software, and network devices, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure and systems, using various tools and methods
Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues and requests, providing technical support and assistance to the staff and clients
Backup and restore the IT data and systems, ensuring they are protected and recoverable
Document and update the IT policies, procedures, and inventory, ensuring they are compliant and accurate
Research and evaluate new IT trends, technologies, and solutions, and recommend and implement improvements and enhancements
Collaborate and coordinate with other IT staff and vendors, ensuring effective communication and cooperation
