About this opportunity:


We are now looking for a IT Solution Integrator, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals.

The role considers also analyzing, preparing, implementing and testing configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system.


Your scope of work could include the scenarios of crafting and developing the connectivity and IT infrastructure, writing test cases, installation, configuration, deployment of the solution.

Your role will be about a continuous contribution to the delivery process improvement.

What you will do:

Define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.

Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis.

Identification of all the dependencies which impacts solution design and delivery, Work with the project team on a list of potential activities and solutions

Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations

Plan the implementation of the product configuration/integration work

Implement product configuration, Complete integration and migration work

You will work to identify and drive improvements and Post project activities and troubleshooting

E2e technical understanding and Delivery process automation

Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing

Participate in building enterprise architecture for a particular delivery unit, Solution delivery process creation and improvement

You will bring:

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 35 years' or experience from on Solution architect job role, experience in requirements analysis
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years
  • Preferred domain experience: IT, networking
  • Knowledge in Cloud (public/private/hybrid) features and migration services
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS) ), Linux systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting), VMWare handling virtual machines, creating, configuring, Citrix XenApp manage/configure VDA agent, handle/configure Citrix Studio/publish Application), NetScaler, Network Protocols (diagnose/troubleshooting)
  • Should have a creative & Innovative approach
  • Analytical learning and researching skills
  • Should be problemsolving and performanceoriented with Troubleshooting skills
  • High willingness and ability to share knowledge and experience with Fluent oral/written English
  • Additional Requirements (a plus):
  • Knowledge in databases, Continuous Integration/ DevOps methods and tools (GIT, Jenkins, Ansible), Programming/scripting skills, Knowledge in IT standards (ITIK)
