Yourresponsibilities willinclude:

• Conducting thoroughassessments of childrens developmental needs considering physicalcognitive and sensory aspects.
• Designing andimplementing individualized treatment plans to addressdevelopmental delays sensory processing difficulties and motorskill challenges.
• Collaborating closely withparents caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure aholistic and coordinated approach to each childscare.
• Providing therapeutic interventions thatfocus on enhancing fine and gross motor skills sensory integrationand daily living activities.
• Utilizing creativeand engaging techniques to make therapy sessions enjoyable andeffective for children.
• Maintaining accurateand detailed records of each childs progress adjustments totreatment plans and communication with the broader healthcareteam.
• Participating actively in team meetingscase conferences and professional developmentopportunities.

Requirements:Toexcel in this role you should possess the followingqualifications:

• Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Occupational Therapy from an accreditedinstitution.
• State licensure and certificationas an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience inpediatric occupational therapy with a focus on childdevelopment.
• Strong interpersonal skills andthe ability to establish rapport with children and theirfamilies.
• Knowledge of ageappropriatedevelopmental milestones and evidencebased therapeutictechniques.
• Excellent communication skills toeffectively collaborate with a diverse team and engage with parentsand caregivers.
• Empathy patience and a genuinepassion for making a positive impact on childrenslives.
