more detailsROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESa detailed project plan including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication leading a project team, defining roles and responsibilities.stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing communication with them throughout the project lifecycle.guidance on survey design (questionnaire preparation)the collection, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality the primary point of contact for the CMD, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering regular updates on project progress and key findings.project progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
Prepare a progress dashboard for the same to be presented to the CMD project deliverables meet quality standards and managing any quality issues that arise.identification & implementation of best practices through continuous interaction with the teamcommunication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, and ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate or avoid all project deliverables are completed satisfactorily, conducting a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned, and formally closing out the project.
QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETMinimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry.Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and be able to handle high-pressure work deadlines.
Clear and effective written & verbal communication skills.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Experience in interaction with senior management.
Managed mid/large scale operations.
Hands on experience on MS-Office & Project Management Tools.
