SatSure is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy that drives engagement and generates leads.

You will lead a talented team of internal and external content writers to define, develop and distribute impactful content assets that resonate with our stakeholders including customers, industry leaders, influencers, prospects.

Job Role Overview:


The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the content writers, design and stakeholders across business units to build high-quality solutions to 'solve for' the client 'problem statement' and understand the need behind the need.

This role requires a strategic thinker who takes end-to-end ownership for aligning content assets with sales enablement and demand generation goals, spanning from thought leadership articles to product explainer videos and brand awareness blogs.


Role & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy :
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience personas, and market trends

2 Measure Content Metrics :

Analyze content performance metrics using Google analytics and Hubspot to leverage insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement for demand gen and lead generation3.


Content Audit :
Periodically review and audit existing content to identify opportunities for improvement. Update outdated information, optimize underperforming pages, and remove or redirect irrelevant content. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content assets.4.

User Experience :
Prioritize user experience by optimizing website navigation, improving page load times, and enhancing mobile responsiveness. Create intuitive and accessible marketing asset designs that make it easy for users to find and consume your content.5.

Quality Content Asset Production:


Create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that provides value to your audience along with following basic keyword research and on-page optimization.

Focus on addressing user intent and answering their queries comprehensively. Incorporate multimedia elements like images, videos, and infographics to enhance content appeal.6.

Teamwork :
Manage, monitor and enhance performance of internal/external content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, to produce high-quality content across various formats and channels

7 Collaborate :
Closely work with cross-functional teams, including SMEs across product marketing, product, sales, and customer success team, to ensure alignment of every asset produced meets business goals and customer needs

8 Ownership :

Own the content calendar and end-to-end content production process, making sure we have a consistent drumbeat of content across all channels.

Ensuring timely delivery of content assets that meet quality standards and resonate with the target audience with respective BU9.

Contributor :
Serve as go-to writer, editor, researching, taking accountability for quality assurance across all content marketing assets.

Capable to do in-depth secondary research and writing long-form content assets (white papers, ebooks, research reports) as well as preparing thought leadership content (long-form articles, speaking opportunities or leadership communication).


Requirements :

Must have:

  • Overall 8-10 years of experience with 5-8 years relevant experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology industries.2.Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and support revenue growth.3.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team of content creators.4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.5.Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content distribution channels for B2B, and analytics tools such as SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Hubspot.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
