Senior Account Executive

Job Description:
Broad Area-1: Manage Simple Projects or Modules Independently

  • Create and execute project plans for simple to moderately complex projects. Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to gather effort estimate and arrive at timelines for simple
to moderately complex project modules during the pre-sales phase and execution phase

  • Share effort estimation data with the Project Manager by coordinating with multiple
stakeholders. Document the action plans discussed with internal stakeholders

  • Assist in tracking the progress of projects on a routine basis and provide alerts to the
Operations Manager/Client Servicing Manager/Program Manager and delivery teams during
the project execution phase

  • Arrange for logistics and status reports for internal and client meetings and record the MOM
to be shared with all stakeholders.

  • Help minimise communication gaps between internal teams through active coordination
Broad Area-2: Work on Documentation and Updation on the Project Management Tool

  • Update the project plans, allocate tasks and monitor the same regularly to provide periodic
status reports to the Project Managers

  • Provide project-specific routing to the resources on the project management (PM) tool and
follow-up with them in case of any deviations from estimated plan

  • Prepare and update periodic reports on project health, financial review, effort variance,
project costing update, etc.

  • Manage the project documents on internal servers for the internal project team's reference
  • Manage capability deck and case studies with the Business Excellence team for their future
reference
Broad Area-3: Process Adherence and Compliance

  • Be aware of all organisational, divisional and client-related policies and procedures related to
quality, information security and data privacy

  • Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the
business unit or client

  • Responsible to maintain confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables/clients and
company norms

  • Follow all the security rules with regard to various standards like ISMS, ISO, CMMI and client
guidelines

Broad Area-4: Self-Development

  • Participate in trainings and learn through hands-on experience on the job about risk
management and risk communication to Managers and clients

  • Exhibit flexibility in moving across new project activities and various deliverables
  • Continuously enhance and maintain knowledge of work domain (commercial and medical)
  • Learn about the various resource groups and quality parameters and how they impact the projects

Must have :
Offshore Delivery Manager or Project Management
