Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets consistentlyRemaining in personal contact with existing customers at all times; undertaking promotional activities and achieve customer loyaltyDeveloping new customers for repeat businessGiving innovative suggestions for attracting and retaining customersInducing sale of Accessories along with garments/UpsellingPromptly identifying non-moving stocks and taking timely action as per established proceduresParticipating fully in weekly merchandising meetings and give appropriate information on all matters that impact sales at the StoreMaking bi-annual SALE successful through extra efforts

Position Requirements:
Very high level of personal hygieneHigh presentability at all timesKeen dressing sense with current fashion, well-maintained garments and accessoriesCheerfulness& pleasing personalityGood memoryGood healthFashion consciousAny graduate with passion for fashion
