Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master, and a strong background in Python technology and
web development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
1. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Agile and
Scrum Mastery:
1. Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams.
2. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
3. Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
4. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.

  • Technical Expertise:
1. Utilize knowledge of Python and web development to guide and
assist the development team.
2. Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices
are followed.
3. Collaborate with developers on technical challenges and solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management:
1. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
2. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment
with business goals.
3. Conduct regular status meetings and updates.

  • Team Leadership:
1. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
2. Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.
3. Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

  • Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure that projects meet high standards of quality and
performance.
2. Implement and monitor testing procedures to identify and resolve
issues.

  • Risk Management:
1. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's
degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the
IT industry.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and web development
technologies.

  • Experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of web development frameworks and
technologies (e.g., Django, Flask).

  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of Python and FastAPI to understand technical
requirements and communicate effectively with the development
team. Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions
align with project goals.

Tool Management:

  • Use Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and generate
reports.

  • Manage GitHub repositories, branches, and pull requests to ensure
smooth code integration and deployment.

  • Utilize GitHub Projects to organize and track project work.
  • Coordinate team communication and collaboration using Slack.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
