The Supply Chain DSP team at Nokia plays a crucial role in providing IT solutions for Demand Supply Planning across all Business Groups.
With a focus on solving problems and addressing the needs of our clients, we work towards developing effective solutions that optimize inventory and utilize statistical planning.
As a Solution Architect for KINAXIS RapidResponse, your responsibility will be to oversee the functions and structure of our Supply Chain Planning Applications, ensuring they align with global architectures and comply with IT regulations.
In this Solution Architect role at Nokia, you will be part of a multinational team that creates the future Demand Supply Planning Platform based on Kinaxis RapidResponse for all Nokia Business Groups.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced team and gain a lot of learning opportunities during project implementation and Kinaxis Continuous Learning Services.
Additionally, flexible work hours will be provided to ensure optimal work-life balance.- Propose, create, and define solutions that best fit the business problems/needs, ensuring thorough analysis and planning.
- Take responsibility for creating feature, architectural, and solution documentation.
- Provide functional features, such as worksheets, dashboards, and alerts through configuration, to maximize business value from innovative standard features and capabilities.
- Act as a guardian of planning software platforms, ensuring they remain standard and do not become overly customized.
- Challenge solution proposals from Software Vendors and System Integrators to ensure simplicity, usability, and cost efficiency for the business.
- Set up and facilitate System Integration tests, coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT), and perform data validation with key users during system deployments.
- Participate in defining the scope of releases to maximize business impact across the E2E Supply Chain Planning Process, considering change management implications.
You have:
- Kinaxis Author 1 Certification or higher.
- Understanding of interfaces and deep knowledge of integration capabilities of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Good understanding of Cloud, SaaS, Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models.
- Capability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business, and technical viewpoints to best implement standard/outofthebox solutions.
- Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.
- Ability to understand the process and solution architecture of E2E (endtoend) across multiple technologies.
- Comfortable with agile, DevOps, and waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, and speed in defining a solution and making tradeoff recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously in an international context.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in information technology, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 46 years of work experience, preferably in the Supply Chain Area and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
