The Role
Are you ready to lead in designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions? As part of the Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the expert in delivering top-notch technical solutions at every stage of the process. Your role involves developing local and wide-area network solutions using various platforms and protocols, ensuring our customers have a robust network infrastructure to support their needs.
Your proficiency in routers, networking software, controllers, and bridges is crucial for troubleshooting network issues and collaborating with vendors to install the latest hardware and software. Beyond ensuring smooth network operations, you will engage in project implementation, planning, cost analysis, and building proof-of-concept solutions using networking technology.
This position offers you the chance to assess project requirements, effectively communicate them to the team, and oversee their successful implementation. You will leverage your expertise to create and execute local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, tailored to meet customer demands. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality technical solutions to equip customers for implementation, launch, and ongoing maintenance.

Who You Are
Do you boast a Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network and Security operations across multiple vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5, and Citirx? We value your technical expertise and practical experience. Equally important is your growth mindset, commitment to personal and professional development, customer-centric approach, and inclusive collaboration with others.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 6+ years of experience specializing in network support, configuration, and implementation
• 6+ years of expertise in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls
• Proficiency in networking and security architecture, supporting local, regional, and global domains
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience with Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and data center operations
• Background in designing and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks
• Familiarity with protocols and technologies like BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC
