In Support of AGCO's Farmer First purpose and clear intent of developing innovative technological solutions, we are opening a new digital capability centre located in Bengaluru, India,


The centre would focus on augmenting AGCO's global IT and Digital capability and investment in high-quality technology, innovation, and R&D talent.

The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem.

They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.


Who We Are Looking For:

The Product Owner defines user stories and collaborates closely with business and technical teams for user story refinements.

In close alignment with the Data Product Manager and consistent with the data product vision the Product Owner prioritizes the sprint backlog to maximize customer value.

Furthermore, the Product Owner is responsible for quality assurance in the user story development process and acts as a knowledge broker to resolve blockers.

Moreover, the Product Owner plays an integral part in communication to internal and external stakeholders and evangelizes the value of scalable data management practices.


The Product Management team for the Enterprise Data Hub is embedded in the Data Product Management organization in IT that is responsible for owning all data including customer, dealer, product, telemetry and other domains throughout its lifecycle to ensure high quality, consistency, data security and data protection.


What You Will Do:

  • Own prioritization of sprint backlog for the Enterprise Data Hub to maximize customer value in alignment with the overall data strategy
  • Leads sprint backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with technical team.
  • Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories.
  • Communicating of the roadmap to relevant stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development.
  • Troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
  • Prepare releases and supporting documents such as release notes, training documents.
  • Organization and preparation of product demos, user acceptance testing.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data management or analytics
  • Experience in SAFe agile, preferably as a product owner or product manager
  • Experience in working with data warehouses, data lakes and lakehouses
  • Global experience driving enterprise level Change Management cross functionally
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management
  • Specific Training or Certification Required
  • Product Manager / Product Owner certificate preferred
