JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be the Design consultant for DOOWUP Interiors, by converting leads to meetings and then to order booking and design finalization.
  • As a part of this role, you will drive Sales through your innovative design strategies and oversee the project until it transitions to the production phase.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • 1. Proactive Sales: Identify and approach potential clients by leveraging shared leads.
  • 2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong connections with clients who have confirmed orders - comprehend their needs, and deliver customized design solutions for their homes, which may include quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings using our advanced 3D design software.
  • 3. Proposal Development: Create personalized proposals/Quotes to address the specific requirements of prospective clients utilizing our cutting-edge 3D design software.
  • 4. Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to secure projects, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
  • 5. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet challenging sales objectives (Order booking & Production) and KPIs.
  • 6. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams such as project management, category, design engineering, etc., to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
