What we're looking for:

As a re-KYC Team Lead, you will oversee a team of re-KYC analysts in India. Your team's primary responsibility is to conduct thorough checks and due diligence during the Periodic Review phase and throughout the customer lifecycle. You will have a diverse range of tasks daily, often facing challenges that demand creative solutions.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Leading the daily workflow assignment, ensuring tasks are distributed correctly and completed on time.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the Periodic reviews of Low, Medium, and High-risk members.
  • Mentoring Analysts, monitoring their progress, goals, and serving as an escalation point for them.
  • Facilitating communication between various departments and team leads of other teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Staying informed about the latest changes in KYC/AML policies and implementing them at the operational level of the team.
  • Managing additional tasks and Remediation Activities as delegated.
  • Supervising and supporting the QA process for all analysts on a monthly basis to ensure and maintain excellent quality.
