Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Thane. The Patient Care Coordinator will play a key role in handling appointment scheduling, maintaining a professional phone manner, managing care coordination, understanding medical terminology, and overseeing various patient care tasks.

Requirements:

• Manage Patient Registrations and Records at the Clinic
• Follow up with Patients and Update Records Accordingly
• Handle Patient Feedback and Reviews
• Demonstrate proficiency in appointment scheduling and phone communication
• Experience in coordinating care and providing patient support
• Familiarity with medical terms
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Work collaboratively within a team setting
