Position Overview :


We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-III) with full stack experience, particularly in ReactJS for frontend development, and either Go Lang or Python for backend development.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of our next-generation products, leveraging your expertise in building scalable and secure solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to work extensively with technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Redis, Scylla, and Elasticsearch.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure fullstack solutions.
  • Architect and implement frontend components using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Develop backend services and APIs using either Go Lang or Python
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements and design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Go Lang and related technologies, contributing to technical discussions and decisionmaking processes.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on fullstack development.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience building security and networkrelated products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and objectoriented design principles.
  • Handson experience with Kafka, Postgres, Redis, Scylla, Elasticsearch, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python or Rust.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Contributions to opensource projects or active involvement in the Go Lang community are a plus.
