Job Purpose:
  • Lead SAP for the Global Pulp & Fibre organization, responsible for the application, hardware/cloud, and security environment.
  • Define and implement the strategic vision and roadmap.
  • Establish and implement operational processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders and external partners.
Responsible for data governance, quality, and management, exploiting data assets for business value from the SAP platform.As SAP Head for a global business, owns executive-level relationships and shapes business demand into supply.Job Context & Major Challenges:
  • Establish and lead the organization for all SAP applications across multiple regions globally.
  • Interface with functional and unit teams to develop a vision and strategy for SAP applications.
  • Manage all aspects of the application portfolio.
  • Provide processes associated with SAP management.
  • Build and support the SAP platform for Pulp & Fibre.
  • Develop and manage governance and processes to run SAP.
  • Develop the IT team, skills, and team working.
  • Fulfill the role as SAP technology leader for Pulp & Fibre.
  • Stimulate demand for capabilities and assets.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
  • Lead SAP S/4 HANA strategy and deployment.
  • Create and implement the deployment strategy for SAP S/4 HANA technologies.
  • Support business models, improve processes, and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Deliver and manage SAP application operations and reliability.
  • Develop effective organization with design, training, and support.
  • Provide technical support in problem resolution.
  • Oversee and drive SAP application projects.
  • Provide project management for all phases of projects and initiatives.
  • Build agile and capable organization and vendor network.
  • Partner with business executives and align IT with business strategy.
  • Prepare annual budgets for SAP operations and monitor purchases against budget.
