We're seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR TECHNOLOGY CONTROL ANALYST to join our ASSET SERVICING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CONTROL MANAGEMENT team.
This role is in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, MH - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide assurance on the operating effectiveness of controls through a defined and agreed testing activity, sample based for specific risks / controls and report the results of testing activity to senior stakeholders.
Identity, evaluate, report, and escalate risks in line with the Technology Control Framework, utilizing relevant tools and analytical techniques.Aid application teams on Information Technology and Information Security Control Implementation Requirement.
Responsible for the execution of Risk Framework practices – Control/Process improvement issue logging, monitoring, and closure. Policy exception managementReview activity to remediate control gaps and assess the risk has been fully mitigated.
Create and update risk reports and dashboards using various reporting tools and platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
Ensure the reports and dashboards are accurate, reliable, consistent.Publish Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on operating efficiency of Key Engineering control to stakeholders.
Support relevant risk programs:
audit response, regulatory inquiry, and response, etc.
Monitor KRI for Engineering processes along with emerging threats to determine Product/Platform impact.
Drive proactive risk culture within the organization.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
At-least
years of experience in technology risk and assessments, risk reporting preferably in financial organization.
Proficient in data analysis using Tableau or Excel.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
