Summary:

RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a passionate and experienced Java Developer to join our growing team.

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and databases to support our software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems that meet the needs of our users and business requirements.


Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based enterprise applicationsGather and analyze user requirements to define system specificationsWrite clean, well-documented, and efficient codeCollaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver solutions on time and within budgetIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problemsConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developersStay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum

5+ years of experience


as a Java developerIn-depth knowledge of Java syntax, semantics, and best practicesExperience with Java frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA)Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) conceptsExperience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and SQL.Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong understanding of software design principles (e.g., SOLID principles).

Experience with unit testing and code coverageStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Experience with DevOps principles.
Experience with security best practices.
