Are you an experienced Technical Program Manager with a passion for driving technology-driven projects? Techolution invites you to be a part of our innovative team. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with years of proven experience to join our dynamic workforce.

Please note that this position is full time in Mauritius, only apply if you're interested in a full time relocation.

As a Program Manager, you will hold a key position in overseeing and steering our technology-driven projects towards exceptional outcomes. Your central responsibilities will revolve around adeptly managing project management methodologies and ensuring their effective implementation. Leveraging your extensive experience in program management, you will guide our projects to reach new levels of achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Implement agile methodologies to drive project efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize your prior experience to estimate project costs and closely monitor project expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while delivering high-quality results.
  • Employ your exceptional prioritization skills to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Leverage your experience in managing technology-driven projects to deliver exceptional results, driving digital transformation for our clients.
  • Eye to details in terms of documentation, gathering client requirements. Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance.
  • Provide solutions and practical insights to the team members, simultaneously teach and help the team to undergo process improvement. Coach and mentor the business delivery team in agile frameworks and principles and foster the team's ability to self-organize.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with 6-12 years of project management expertise.
  • Proficiency in agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Prior experience in cost and effort estimation and tracking project expenses.
  • Strong budgeting and cost management skills.
  • Excellent prioritization skills.
  • Experience handling Banking of BFSI projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Candidates with certifications such as CSPO/PSPO, PMI, PMP, and Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
  • Highly valued is a proactive mindset with acute attention to detail.
  • Essential qualities include punctuality, adaptability, and a rapid learning ability.
  • E xceptional interpersonal skills and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Having the ability to effectively promote and cross-sell projects and products is advantageous.
