Core Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with business strategy and targets
  • Manage day to day performance of campaigns across all or designated set of platforms, as per area of strength and proficiency, including but not limited to Google, Meta, , Quora, Email and database
  • Manage and optimize budgets and daily expenses
  • Analyze and report on performance to related functions
  • Develop new strategies and avenues for better returns on marketing efforts
  • Coordinate and synergise efforts between digital marketing, brands and tech/data teams to get the best outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Engineering/Maths & MBA/Master's in Media/Mass Communication/Advertising or related fields will be preferred;
  • If you are self-taught and can demonstrate your proficiency and skills the qualifications will not be a barrier

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and operations research
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C domain
  • Sound knowledge of various marketing and social media platform
  • Proficient in using marketing tools like WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier
  • Familiar with basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Cross-functional skills of working with Creative, Data and Tech Teams
  • Good written communication skills
