ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Center of Expertise (CoE) Recruiter/ TA Associate oversees full life cycle recruiting for Junior/Senior and Professional Individual Contributor roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with Hiring Managers to devise effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent, maintaining recruitment workflow, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
  • Source candidates, evaluate qualifications, conduct interviews, and make competitive offers
  • Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes
  • Utilize recruitment reporting and analytics for decision-making
  • Explore new technologies to streamline recruitment processes
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system efficiently
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics
  • Implement best practices in recruiting
  • Develop diverse recruitment strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in technical sourcing and high-volume recruiting
  • Experience in handling confidential information
  • Strong technical skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to meet hiring goals
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Experience with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
  • Blend of Agency, RPO, and Corporate recruiting experience
