Pepper Content is in the process of building a content marketplace that connects companies with content creators, aiming to streamline content creation across various verticals and categories. In the last 5 years, over 150,000 freelance creators applied to join Pepper, but only the top 5% are part of the network. On the client side, Pepper collaborates with over 2500 customers including big names like Amazon, Adobe, and Google.

The Global Marketing Campaign team at Pepper focuses on supporting high-touch ARR goals by providing robust, content-driven programs to Global Field and Demand Gen teams. As a Global Events Manager, you will collaborate with the Global Campaigns team and Field Marketing to elevate global events. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with experience in planning and executing impactful global events such as conferences, trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual who is comfortable with ambiguity, excels in interpersonal skills, grasps technical concepts, and is willing to dive into tasks hands-on.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a unified Revenue Marketing events strategy covering various events like roadshows, conferences, and virtual events
  • Create a comprehensive event strategy with evaluation criteria for third-party events
  • Project manage all event programs including budgeting, vendor management, and logistics
  • Establish and monitor event timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions and provide feedback on lead quality
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales qualified leads targets
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Organize creative events to expand into multiple markets and engage attendees while ensuring a consistent global experience
  • Define KPIs to measure event success in terms of attendance, engagement, and ROI

What You'll Need

  • 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or agency roles, preferably in a global setting (SaaS/Tech marketing background preferred)
  • Ability to generate unique event ideas and experiences
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and written communication skills
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across different regions and time zones
  • Proficient in budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management
  • Results-driven with the capability to demonstrate ROI
