Job description:

Desired Qualification + Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, E&C preferred)
  • 59 years of experience in the related field.
  • Prior Experience in Smart metering would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Smart Meter Installation and Billing as per defined SLA for the respective city.
  • Billing Gap analysis with coordination of SI for the city.
  • AMI System overview and MDMS & Helpdesk Functionality Understanding and Quality Assurance.
  • Daily Interaction with Assam Stakeholders regarding Issues and feedback.
  • SPOC for TSP and Meter Issues tracking, testing, quality assurance with coordination of OEMs.
  • Weekly review with SI, Project and O&M team for Issues and resolution.
  • Daily monitoring and Reporting for Smart Meter Installation, O&M Activities and TSP Issues.
  • Timely Invoice submission and Clearance with coordination of DISCOM.
  • Record keeping and documentation for Project related activities, Project compliances and warehouse management for future reference and validation at DISCOM Level
