Business Analyst- Physical Security Incident Analysis

The Business Analyst for Physical Security Incident Analysis at one of Pinkerton's major worldwide clients is key to boosting the organization's security by providing expert analysis of incidents involving facilities and assets.

The Analyst is dedicated to helping internal stakeholders evaluate security risks, incidents, and improving security measures through data-driven analysis.



Essential Functions:
  • Represent Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and monitor security risks.
  • Develop methods to collect incident data.
  • Analyze security incidents and reports to identify risks.
  • Analyze incident impact and collaborate with teams.
  • Input incident analysis into security tools.
  • Use risk assessment methodologies to prioritize risks.
  • Provide insights to mitigate security risks.
  • Collect and analyze security data and prepare reports.
  • Monitor security metrics for trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for security analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on security threats and best practices.
  • Enhance security analysis process and practices.
  • Update incident tracking sheets and reports.
  • Support Risk Management and Security projects.
  • Propose and manage projects for risk management improvement.
  • Manage project milestones.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in physical security or related field with at least six years of experience in security risk assessment, incident analysis, and data tools.

  • PSP, CPP, and/or CISA certifications, preferred.
