Job Description:

As a Program Manager for our Procurement Management, you will have a key role in steering the success of our project. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire program governance and establishing efficient work processes.

Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Procurement Efficiency program, concentrating on strategizing, implementing, and sustaining initiatives in line with organizational goals. This position demands robust leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills to catalyze transformative changes in our procurement procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Efficiently oversee program and project teams ensuring optimal return on investment, while coordinating and assigning tasks across projects.
  • Determine essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to streamline operations.
  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.
  • Identify and tackle risks and opportunities across various projects within the department in collaboration with other program managers.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to evaluate and mitigate program risks, while generating detailed program reports for stakeholders and managers.
  • Develop and execute a robust governance framework for the Procurement Efficiency program.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for project stakeholders.
  • Establish regular reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and issues.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as procurement experts and senior management, to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to ensure support and buy-in for the project.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep the project on course.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to leverage pertinent technologies for product development.
  • Ensure the product meets market demands through thorough analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Drive product enhancements and optimizations based on industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate organizational change by advocating the adoption of new processes and technologies related to procurement efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Extensive experience (15+ years) in project management, particularly in supply chain management or procurement.

Solid grasp of program governance principles and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, Angular, and familiarity with Linear Programming and Gen AI technologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Capability to excel in a fast-paced setting and deliver results under pressure.
