The Opportunity :


We're seeking a highly motivated Lead ServiceNow Integration Hub expert to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our integrations.

In this remote, contract position, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day tasks related to integration development using the ServiceNow Integration Hub.


What You'll Do :

  • Design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow integration components to flawlessly align with business requirements.
  • Identify integration opportunities by collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensure seamless integration across various systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues proactively.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest ServiceNow Integration Hub features and functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable).

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and its various components.
  • Solid experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow integration components.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • A strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a knack for creative solutions.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with ServiceNow advancements.

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
)
