Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Bidding Analyst to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the bidding process for pharmaceutical products from manufacturers. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Bid Management: Develop and manage the bidding process for pharmaceutical products, including preparing bid documents, soliciting bids from manufacturers, and analyzing bid responses.

· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends.

· Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with manufacturers to secure the best deals for the company.

· Data Analysis: Analyze bids and proposals to determine the most advantageous offers, considering price, quality, and delivery schedules.

· Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

· Compliance: Ensure all bidding activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

· Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on bidding activities, outcomes, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Purchasing Professional, Certified Professional in Supply Management) is a plus.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
