  • As a Data Entry Specialist for Fresh Operations Instaspaces Virtual Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into the system. You will also be involved in drafting documentation of clients for virtual office agreements and extracting data from sheets and KYC documents into drafts to make the documentation procedure easier and smoother.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Experience in drafting documentation and working with KYC documents is preferred.

Responsibilities:_

  • Drafting documentation of clients for virtual office agreements.
  • Entering data into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Extracting data from sheets and KYC documents into drafts.
  • Ensuring that all information entered is correct and uptodate.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Performing quality checks on data entered to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth documentation procedures.
  • Adhering to established procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of virtual office agreements and KYC documentation is a plus.

Salary:
₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Gurgaon , Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
