What You Will Do
We are looking for a skilled Principal Scientist in Analytical R&D-Lifecycle Management to join our team. This role involves working on life cycle management of Over the Counter (OTC) self-care products, overseeing technology transfer projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Analytical representative on cross-functional teams
- Be responsible for technology transfer project deliverables
- Review and ensure compliance of currently marketed products
- Work with Quality Control labs to optimize testing strategies
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Toxicology teams for compliance

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum MSc, B Pharm, M. Pharm, Ph.D., or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Experience with analytical techniques and instruments like UPLC, HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of GxPs, ICH guidelines, and compendia
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently
- Up to 10% travel may be required
