Position Overview:


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

They play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Address client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, product information, and support.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Track and prioritize leads and opportunities in CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and persistent manner.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Share best practices and insights with the sales team to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
