Job Description:

Role Overview:


The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic.

This role involves working closely with our content team to identify and track trending topics, optimize content, and ensure the highest standards of SEO practices are maintained.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site performance.

Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the content team to identify trending topics and create SEOfriendly content.
  • Optimize existing content for SEO, including keyword research, onpage optimization, and improving content structure.
  • Ensure all content follows best SEO practices and is aligned with the latest algorithm updates.

Technical SEO:

  • Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and site speed to enhance crawlability and indexability.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, traffic, rankings, and other key metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Link Building & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to acquire highquality backlinks.
  • Conduct outreach to influencers, bloggers, and other relevant websites to build relationships and secure link placements.

Staying Current with SEO Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Continuously adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
