We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role : : Assistant Manager

Principle Responsibity:-

The role holder will be responsible to oversee Helios submission of Regulations/Summaries/ Risks and Controls, conduct data analysis; identify trends, themes and gaps; and develop and present conclusions. The role holder will also be responsible to identify, track, measure, communicate, report, and escalate any significant data quality issues, events, MSIIs, overdue actions etc. The role holder will be responsible to do the above: both for FCC and RC with an aim to assess, measure and report the overall health of the US service areas within US The role holder should review for possible process efficiencies, identify the opportunities for automations and align with the Group requirements where required. The incumbent will report to AVP and will interact with the In-country Risk Strategy Team on regular basis to ensure successful attainment of the objectives including enhancing the efficiency of the process. Requirements Minimum 4-6 years' experience in roles within a Risk / Compliance / Regulatory framework Good command of both verbal and written English Ability to understand and interpret Regulations Attention to details and good analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships Utilizes own initiative to resolve issues. Ability to support decisions with sound reasoning. Experience and Understanding of US regulatory structure is an added advantage. Good Knowledge of MS Office.
