Our Automation & Digitalization divisionis looking for a customerfocused Advanced Process Control (APC)Engineer to join their Digital Products & Solutions team inBangalore India.

As an APC Engineer you willwork alongside our team of process and automation experts toprovide guidance and solutions to our Pulp & Paper customersthat will optimize their industrial processes improve quality andenhance operational efficiency.

Your expertise and guidance will beinstrumental in achieving these objectives and ensuring customersatisfaction.

Heresan overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage yourexpertise:

You will apply yourdeep knowledge of process control and automation systems tounderstand and analyze the specific processes within the Pulp& Paper mill.

This expertise will enable you to identifyareas where advanced control strategies can be implemented toimprove efficiency and quality.

As a trusted advisor youwill collaborate closely with our Pulp & Paper customers toassess their existing processes identify pain points and understandtheir production objectives.

Based on this analysis you willprovide recommendations and technical support to implement advancedcontrol solutions.

Working with our team of process andautomation experts you will design and develop advanced controlsolutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer.

This mayinvolve the design of control algorithms and the integration ofsensors and instrumentation.
You will oversee theimplementation of advanced control systems in the customer &mill. This may involve configuring and tuning control loopsconducting system testing and ensuring seamless integration withexisting automation systems.
You will use ANDRITZproprietary Metris software to continuously monitor and analyzemill performance. This includes analyzing realtime data diagnosingany issues or deviations and finetuning the control algorithms asnecessary to optimize process performance.
Yourexpertise will play a pivotal role in improving product quality.

Byimplementing advanced control strategies you can help minimizevariations reduce defects and ensureconsistent product quality which is critical in the Pulp &Paper industry.

You may be involved in training ourcustomers personnel to operate and maintain the advanced controlsystems effectively. Knowledge transfer is essential to ensure thelongterm success of these solutions.
