The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines.
  • Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest.
  • Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance at all steps.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
