Role:
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple roles? We are looking for a dynamic Founder's Office Strategist & Doer to join our dedicated team. You will be the right hand to the founder, providing strategic support, managing day-to-day operations, and leading new initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact, enhance your skill set, and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Strategic Support & Growth:
- - Conducting research and compiling reports on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
- Assisting with grant applications, fundraising efforts, and business development activities.
- Analyzing data and contributing to strategic plans and goal execution.
- Exploring new initiatives to improve impact and expand reach.- Operations & Management:
- - Managing the founder's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and data organization.
- Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations and workflows.
- Handling the hiring process, from screening candidates to preparing offers and managing reimbursements.- Communication & Social Media Management:
- - Being the online voice of the brand and managing social media accounts for the founder and brand, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Drafting professional communications, emails, and presentations.
- Maintaining a professional phone presence and managing inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced startup or dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and work ethic.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits:
