Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of IT Assistant located in Raipur. The IT Assistant should be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software.

The successful candidate will be able to provide timely technical support for all office systems to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in IT support and maintenance of computer systems
Experience in networking, database management and security
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and IT users
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
