Graphic Designer Location:

GurgaonWe are looking for young, dynamic professionals passionate about Design, Visual Arts Storytelling, Ideation & wanting to create a meaningful difference to the lives of people through the products & services our company markets to customers.

S/he is responsible for maintaining a brand's visual presence throughout print and digital.

Their duties include brainstorming, ideation with other team members, developing and maintaining brand identity through various design collaterals and visual storytelling.

S/he should have a strong grasp of current design trends and will be working with the marketing team to enhance visual marketing and strategies.


Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer:
⦁ Brand Identity design and ideation across multiple brands in our portfolio⦁ Developing branding collaterals⦁ Designing marketing Collaterals - Print and Digital such as Brochures, Flyers, Infographics, Banners, etc.⦁ Social Media Ideation and Designing⦁ Photo and Video Editing⦁ Digital Marketing designs for ads and websites⦁ Competence in Digital Illustration and Photography skills would be a plus.

The Graphic Designer should ideally possess:
⦁ 2-3 years of experience in managing multiple brand identities⦁ Strong visual storytelling qualities⦁ Strong knowledge in marketing and social media trends⦁ Strong working knowledge in Adobe softwares - especially Adobe Illustrators and Adobe Photoshop⦁ Fluency in CanvaAn ideal candidate comes with the below set of attitudes:⦁ Passionate about the cause the company is working towards⦁ Excited about wanting to work in a start-up⦁ Self-motivated & loves taking initiative⦁ Embraces ambiguity & uncertainty⦁ Growth mindset, focussed on improving business outcomes⦁ Focused on problem-solving, has a solution-oriented mindset⦁ Loves to come up with new ideas, loves putting ideas into execution⦁ Excellent team player, can work well with cross-functional stakeholders⦁ Ability to multi-task & work on multiple projects at the same time⦁ Hard-working, comfortable working long hours when neededQualification:Graduate / Post-graduate (candidates with a degree in communication design)
