Job Description
This is a Virtual Drive for the Global Audit Domain, scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2024, with one of the Big 4 consulting firms for Gurgaon and Hyderabad locations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for multinational clients.
Lead and execute complex audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, testing, and reporting.
Evaluate internal controls, identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in various jurisdictions.
Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights to clients' management and stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, advisory, and consulting professionals, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Stay updated on emerging accounting standards, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting multinational corporations.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

RequirementsQualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Nov'23)/(May'23).
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
