Program Development:
Design and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to individual athlete needs, sport-specific requirements, and performance goals

2 Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of athletes' physical abilities and monitor progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued development and injury prevention

3 Instruction and Coaching:
Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and ensuring safe and effective workout practices. 4.

njury Prevention and Rehabilitation:
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and oversee injury prevention strategies and assist in the rehabilitation process of injured athletes

5 Performance Monitoring:

Utilize various performance metrics and testing to track athletes' progress, identify areas for improvement, and modify training plans accordingly.

6.

Education and Motivation :

Educate athletes on nutrition, recovery, and overall health to enhance their performance and well-being, while motivating them to reach their full potential.

7. Maintain training facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment for athletes. 8.

Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in strength and conditioning, continually improving personal knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
