About the internship:

Job Overview:

Accretion Aviation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ground Staff Intern to assist with the coordination and smooth operation of our Chardham Yatra trips. The intern will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from their arrival in Dehradun to the start of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Coordination:

- Be available full day on the arrival of guests to provide assistance and address any queries.

- Greet and welcome guests at the airport, Sahastradhara helipad, and hotel.

- Ensure timely and efficient check-in processes for guests.

2. Pre-Trip Briefing:

- Conduct pre-trip briefings to inform guests about the itinerary, safety protocols, and other essential details.

- Provide clear and accurate information to ensure guests are well-prepared for the trip.

3. Logistical Support:

- Assist with luggage handling and transportation coordination.

- Ensure all travel arrangements are in place and communicated to guests.

- Coordinate with the operations team to handle any last-minute changes or issues.

4. Travel Coordination:

- Accompany guests to and from the airport, Sahastradhara helipad, and hotel as required.

- Ensure timely transportation and smooth transitions between different stages of the trip.
