Job Responsibility:

  • Manage export orders and B2C platforms efficiently.
  • Handle daily dispatch orders for B2C platforms.
  • Ensure smooth documentation for banking, customs, and liaisons.
  • Support and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Manage inventory control and assist in processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Support and collaborate with the management team.
  • Supervise tasks completed by office personnel and other staff.
  • Communicate with vendors and place regular orders with suppliers.
  • Create labels and dispatch through DHL and FedEx platforms.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
