  • Excellent organization skills, ability to lead multiple projects and handle contending priorities,prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies
  • Proven experience in credit underwriting and thorough knowledge of underwriting algorithms,preferably in the consumer or merchant lending space.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout itslifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
