Skills and attributes for successQualificationBachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related fields.

Experience Required-8 to 12 YearsMinimum 5+ years professional experience in an immigration or mobility role/environment with proven experience leading high performing teams and managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders.

Proven experience and knowledge of EMEA, Americas (USA+LATAM) and APAC immigration frameworks and processes an advantage.

Candidates must demonstrate:


A strong understanding of immigration frameworks and conceptsDeep immigration technical knowledge in two or more geographies an advantageProven operational experience in immigration procedures and processesProven experience managing operational teams and performance deliverablesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage senior and intercultural stakeholder relationshipsExcellent analytical skills, and attention to detailExposure to quality control and risk management processesProven ability to manage complex immigration scenarios and multiple projects to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environmentProject management skills to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlinesProven administrative and organizational skillsSkills and attributes for success:Strong leadership and team management capabilitiesExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and complianceEnthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace new ways of working.
