Employ innovative teaching methodologies to ensure student comprehension and engagement.

  • Curriculum Development_:
Create test papers, model answers, and chapterwise worksheets aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.

Continuously review and update instructional materials to reflect current educational standards and best practices.

  • Student Mentorship:_


Serve as a mentor to a group of 7-8 students, providing academic guidance, personal support, and career counseling as needed.

Monitor student progress and implement strategies to address individual learning needs and challenges effectively.

  • Assessment and Evaluation:_
Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions accordingly.

  • Collaboration and Communication:_
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary concepts and promote cross-curricular connections within the curriculum.
