Data Subject Rights

  • Inform and assist relevant parties on the Teleperformance DSR standards and procedures.
  • Ensure the correct use of DSR submission channels by PRCOs, HR staff, any relevant party.
  • Manage DSR requests submitted to the tool within specified timeframes.
  • Ensure the correct management of requests by subsidiary ́s team by email follow ups, calls and scheduling meetings.
  • Follow ups with subsidiaries parties to ensure requests are processed fully and accurately.
  • Follow ups with Global Privacy SVPs twice a week about the status of ongoing requests.
  • Follow ups and update subsidiaries list of PRCOs and HR staff responsible for the process.
  • Preparation and support to create slides and presentation material for onboarding and training of relevant parties.
  • Preparation of excel reports to account for requests processing results.
  • Support during internal and external audits on DSR operational level.

Technology, Privacy and Security Committee

  • Inform and assist Business/Project Owners on the TPSC standards and procedures.
  • Create and manage assessments through the tool.
  • Create and configure users according to their role permissions.
  • Manage assessments ́ database with relevant and accurate information.
  • Sense check review for completeness of questions and basic accuracy of responses.
  • Follow ups with Business Owners about their assessment's status.
  • Follow ups with Reviewers done 3 times a week to ensure process is completed timely.
  • Assist in scheduling calls between interested parties to Business Owners and Reviewers/Approvers.
  • Update list and respective profile management of Reviewers/Approvers.
  • Preparation of excel reports to account for assessments processing results.

Sanctions Screening

  • Conduct screening and monitoring of 3rd parties on Client tool according to Teleperformance's policies.
  • Research and with adequate resources to clear/confirm 3rd party ́s results and log accurate notes during remediation process.
  • Manage monitoring process by keeping a report with log activities.
  • Escalate 3rd parties' inconsistencies and challenges for remediation to VP timely.
  • Follow up with Procurement to clarify or obtain additional information on entities and individuals.
  • Follow up with Client tool representatives to address matters on research databases, profiles permissions, training etc.
  • Export and create reports on the processing results for all screening, monitoring and approval activities conducted on Client ́s tool.

Third Party Risk Management

  • Review 3rd party information and scores on Vendor Risk Assessment Portal.
  • Sense check VRA questionnaire answers for complete and basic accurate responses.
  • Follow ups with vendors ́ representative to clarify or obtain more information.
  • Follow ups and escalations to relevant parties on information inconsistency.
  • Support in any TPRM related activities to ensure process is compliant with Teleperformance ́s policies.
