Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Development Architect with expertise in Full Stack Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-level software architecture. This includes selecting appropriate tools and platforms, establishing code quality standards, and performing code reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various programming languages and frameworks, ensuring the product vision is translated into high-quality software solutions.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Design and develop high-level software architecture to support product vision and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient implementation of product features. Select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks for software development. Establish, improve, and maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure the highest quality of software. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance software performance. Mentor and guide junior developers on the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.

For This Role, You Will Need:

8+ years of Proven experience in full stack development and software architecture. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, and libraries (Bootstrap). Back-end development experience with technologies such as .NET Core, Python, and databases like MS SQL and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
